Speed Date tells the story of Miranda and Jack, two waitstaff at The Half Moon Cafe, as they work a Saturday shift during The Half Moon Cafe's first ever Speed Dating session. Miranda and Jack's story arc is broken up throughout the play by short vignettes of speed dates and happenings that go on within the cafe.

 

Speed Date is a 58 page, One Act Dramedy that calls for 6 actors (3M/2F, 1M or 1 F) but can be played by as little as 4 or as many as 11 actors.
